Contract bargaining begins NOW!
As a union member our working conditions, including wages, hours, benefits, leave, and many other issues that impact our work and home life are negotiated every three years with Metro management.
Contract bargaining is an opportunity to have an open dialogue with Metro management about how we wisely spend public resources to ensure Metro’s work force is treated fairly, earning living wages and receiving benefits that help reward and retain the broad range of talent, skills and dedication of our union. Undoubtedly, healthcare costs, retirement and pay will be on the table this bargaining year among many other rights and benefits we value and deserve.
